On Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2019, the El Paso City Council approved an ordinance that grants a reduction in parking requirements at Las Palmas Medical Center, which will allow the hospital to open a new three story addition. Come learn about our neighborhood's new art collaboration project at the Rim Roundabout Sculptural Ribbon cutting at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 23.

The Rim Area Neighborhood teamed up with the Museum of Cultural Affairs Department and UTEP art students for a public sculpture challenge to enhance the new roundabout on Rim Road. Neighbors voted through an online poll for the winning installation.
