The Rim Area Neighborhood is a vibrant community nestled in the foothills of the Franklin Mountains near the University of Texas at El Paso.

Most widely known for the spectacular views of El Paso and Juarez, Mexico, from Rim Road, this eclectic neighborhood is family-friendly, civically engaged and passionate about its treasured natural spaces from Tom Lea Park to the Billy Rogers Arroyo Park nature preserve.
