Most widely known for the spectacular views of El Paso and Juarez, Mexico, from Rim Road, this eclectic neighborhood is family-friendly, civically engaged and passionate about its treasured natural spaces from Tom Lea Park to the Billy Rogers Arroyo Park nature preserve.
